Schedule Of Payment
1. 20% of the project cost is due at the beginning, facilitating material procurement, transportation, and advance payments to the workforce in the first week.
2. Another 20% is required upon achieving 20% project completion, marking the transition to the next phase with the aim of reaching the next milestone by the end of the 1st week.
3. At 40% project completion, the subsequent phase begins, and 20% of the project cost is due by the end of the 2nd week.
4. Upon reaching 50% completion in the 3rd week, 15% of the project cost is to be paid, initiating the next phase targeting the next milestone.
5. The pattern continues with 15% due at 70% project completion by the end of the 4th week and 5% at 90% completion by the end of the 5th week.
6. The final 5% is required upon achieving full project completion, concluding with necessary finishing tasks and project delivery in the 6th week.
We specialize in both turnkey and fee-based interior design projects. Our fee structure entails a 10% charge on projects up to 700 sq. ft. In the case of projects exceeding 700 sq. ft., a standard charge of 7% of the total cost is applied for planning and execution services.
