Schedule Of Payment
1. 20% of the project cost must be paid.
In the first week, we will be procuring materials, arranging their transportation, and making advance payments to our labor workforce.
2. 15% of the project cost must be paid.
Upon achieving 20% completion of the project, we will transition to the subsequent phase with the objective of attaining the next milestone by the conclusion of the 2nd week.
3. 15% of the project cost must be paid.
Upon achieving 40% completion of the project, we will transition to the subsequent phase with the objective of attaining the next milestone by the conclusion of the 3rd week.
4. 15% of the project cost must be paid.
Upon achieving 50% completion of the project, we will transition to the subsequent phase with the objective of attaining the next milestone by the conclusion of the 4th week.
5. 15% of the project cost must be paid.
Upon achieving 70% completion of the project, we will transition to the subsequent phase with the objective of attaining the next milestone by the conclusion of the 5th week.
6. 15% of the project cost must be paid.
Upon achieving 90% completion of the project, we will transition to the subsequent phase with the objective of attaining the next milestone by the conclusion of the 6th week.
7. 05% of the project cost must be paid.
Upon attaining full project completion, we will finalize and deliver the project after conducting the necessary finishing tasks within the 7th or 8th week.
We specialize in both turnkey and fee-based interior design projects. Our fee structure entails a 10% charge on projects up to 700 sq. ft. In the case of projects exceeding 700 sq. ft., a standard charge of 7% of the total cost is applied for planning and execution services.
