Premium Package: Starts At Rs. 1799 Per Square Feet.
1. Site Inspection or Site Visit: During this process, we will visit your property on the agreed-upon schedule, take some important measurements, and attempt to understand the customers’ needs.
2. Drawings, Budget Discussion, and Design Style Concept: Here, we will show customers some drawings of the property, then we will discuss the offered budget or quotation based on needs, and finally we will finalize the design concept. 3D designs of the house interior with 2 revisions.
3. Budget Finalization, Material To Use, And Advance Amount To Begin Work: Here, we will finalize the offered budget, material details, and schedule the work to begin on the site location based on the initial payment.
4. Pest Control: In this case, we will use Gypsum Board material with the premium quality aluminum grade internal structure in a double-layered design included in this package.

6. Furniture Setup: We will install the necessary essentials in furniture such as a 7-seater sofa set, 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 TV Units with backdrop designs, 2 Bed backdrops with designer cushion, Side tables for both beds, 2 book shelves, 1 Display Unit, 1 Pantry Unit in kitchen, 1 Pooja Ghar and 1 shoe rack using commercial plywood brands (price range: Rs. 60-75 per sq. ft.) and the best quality of laminate (price range: 1800–2000 per sheet).
7. Modular Kitchen: We will install overhead storage, bottom storage, a display unit, an aluminum structure of the bottom storage, BWR water-proof plywood of premium quality of brands, the best quality of glossy laminate, and the best quality of SS trollies and hardware essentials in the kitchen with a branded induction chimney like Glen, Kaff, and Hindware (Price Range: Rs. 14000–17500) in this room.
8. Paint palette/wall paint: On the interior walls, we will use this to install sanding, 2 coats of putty, 1 coat of primer, and 2 coats of color paint. Here we can use Royal Shine of ASIAN PAINTS, NEROLAC PAINTS, and so on.
9. Electrification: Here, we will install the necessary internal wiring and lighting, and we can use brands such as SYSKA and POLYCAB, ANCHOR, ORIENT, RR KABEL and SYSKA also included in this premium package.
10. Cushion Fabric: We will install the medium range of cushion fabric, which ranges between Rs. 250 and 400 per meter. And the cushion will be applied to the 7-seater sofa set, 6 pillows, and, if necessary, a 2.5-foot-high bed backdrops with a designer cushion.
11. Curtain Fabric: Premium-quality of curtains will be used to cover the house’s doors and windows include in this premium package. (Price range Rs. 1200 per pair of curtains).
12. Wall Art: This includes wallpaper, wall panel or artificial grass for the any of 2 room spaces in the house. Optional for Gallery or Balcony also can include that fits the theme.
13. Other Design Work: This premium package includes CNC or WPC Jali work for living partition and pooja house.
14. Professional Lookout: This includes site inspection, site visit, supervision, execution, planning, design, layout, and drawings, 3D sketch.

16. Project Duration: The length of time it takes to complete a project depends on its size, such as 30 days for a one-bedroom apartment, 45 days for a two-bedroom apartment, and 60 days for a three-bedroom apartment. Monday through Saturday (Sunday closed).
16. Payment Schedule: The total project cost is divided as follows: 30% advance amount following budget, material, and concept finalization; 25% amount following 25% work completion; 25% amount following 50% work completion; 15% amount following 75% work completion and the remaining 5% amount following final work. We also accept projects based on turnkey and payment. If the client chooses to provide the material, we will assess the following fees:
professional fees or rate schedule: 1) For interior design projects, 10% of the project cost. 2) For home construction projects, at 7% of the project cost.
It will be our pleasure to deliver the best possible services on time and with the best quality materials and finishes. Please keep in mind that materials such as chandeliers, canvas paintings, murals, artefacts, home appliances, air-conditioner and other costly items are not included in the packages. It is entirely dependent on the client’s preferences and needs.
We don’t sell these items. We can only make recommendations based on the interior design theme.
